Scope: Installation of 4k of Water Main in the Daer Camps DMA from 90mm to 450mm HPPE and Ductile Iron in both Rural and Urban environments.
The works are on type 3 / 4 roads, type 2 roads and verge.
The method of Installation is Open cut, Slip line and Pipe Burst.
We were working in areas such as Stepps, Moodiesburn, Gartloch Road etc.
The initial Scope 10k was to be delivered by another contractor Sapphire Utilities but due to the complexity of the works they could complete the project therefore we were requested to take over the project as emergency. The project was 6 months behind schedule, the project was programmed to finish January 2019, we have managed to bring the finish date into October 2018.
The project was completed on time within budget.
